[issue2927] KeyError when updating to different branch

i'm using mercurial 1.9
when updating to other branches i get unknown exception form mercurial.
and update is aborted. if i repeat the update with -C parameter then the
error goes away. But it's not the first, or second time i'm seeing this.
it pops-up form time to time.
