[issue2848] hg status doesn't show dirty subrepositories

When performing hg status at the command line, it doesn't tell me if 
.hgsubstate is tracking a different version of a subrepository than the 
current one.  Just like file changes, I would like to see the simple  A / M / 
R type flags appear for subs -- eg

hg status

M Sub1
A Sub2
R Sub3
