small request (improved error message)

As maintainer for Fedora, I received this request:

Hello,

I'm writing to you as packager of mercurial in debian and fedora

There is currently some talking on the mercurial-devel list about improving the
error message that mercurial display when it tries to read a repository
formatted with unknown feature. The typical situation is an old client (say
1.6.4) trying to read a repository created with feature only in 1.7.x

The message will me improved from:

> abort: requirement 'babar' not supported!

to something making an explicite reference to a "version issue" and linking to
a wiki page explaining how to handle the situation.

Are you interrested into having a minor release only fixing the message ? Will
you included them in your stable distribution ?
