demandimport and ldap hook

OK, but in absolute terms I'm not sure it's that significant, the hook will
only be on the golden repo and presumably disabling demandimport in a hook
only comes into play if the pretxnchangegroup hooks run.

OK. I didn't find much info about the blacklist, looks like it needs to be
added to the ignore list in demandimport.py itself... all other things being
equal I'd rather not change the source code, because it means something else
to patch, package and distribute.

I'm a python novice, is it not sufficient to disable demand import, import
ldap, then re-enable it, all within the hook module?
