Reminder: these sorts of trivial someone-forgot-to-mark-a-string fixes
in the source ARE acceptable for the i18n tree. As are adding "# i18n"
comments for translators.

But if you find yourself restructuring i18n-unfriendly code, that needs
to go through the list so everyone gets a reminder of what they're doing
wrong.
