Locally cloning part of a large repo with e.g.

  $ hg clone mylocalhg hg2 -r stable

shows rapidly alternating progress bars between

  bundling [======>
  manifests [============>

Where 'bundling' intersperses itself in the changeset, manifest, and file 
progress bars.
