This is not Chinese translation issue, it is a big issue of dblatex CJK support.

Since xsl-fo is good enough to Chinese, I'm do not care about dblatex,
I'm prefer use xsl-fo solution, include fop and xep.

I'm not opposed to add dblatex support, please do it as you like.
