It's not out of date, I'm afraid. But, I have managed to produce a
patch (attaching it also here) that gets it working again. I would
have run the tests, but I didn't know which ones to run, or should I
set some environment variables... Maybe it's best that the original
developer does the testing? After all, he knows this piece of software
the best.
