[issue2719] cannot view .cs files .csproj files in hgweb.cgi

Running on IIS7 and windows 2k8 server... hgweb.cgi works great for use but 
here is the issue.
Click on repository
Click Browse
Click on any file you see the contents EXCEPT when you click on .cs or .csproj 
files and a various other few file types. Gives 404 error... what gives?
