[issue2784] hg pull --rebase looses mq guards

After rebasing my MQ patches, they loose their guards. I am attaching
example script and it's output.

It's happening on development version of Solaris. It's happening with
Mercurial 1.3.1 and 1.8.2 (sample output is from 1.8.2).
