[PATCH 0 of 3 RFC v2] web: diffstat summary on changeset page

This patch series adds the diffstat summary to the monoblue and gitweb
changeset pages.

The other styles display the files in a space-separated list, so they can
not easily accomodate the diffstat summary.

v2: The diffstat keyword is lazily evaluated.
