[issue2826] file browser doesn't keep original rev

When I type e.g. the following URL:
http://hg.python.org/cpython/file/default/Lib
(to browse the tip of branch "default")
and click on one of the links in the file tree, "default" gets replaced in
the URL by the particular changeset ID. The target URL should keep the
original name of the desired revision ("default" here).
