[issue3082] German translation breaks (q)record

The German translation strings for 

msgid "&Skip remaining changes to this file"
msgstr "&Überspringe die restlichen Änderungen an dieser Datei"

and

msgid "Record remaining changes to this &file"
msgstr "Zeichne die restlichen Änderungen an dieser &Datei auf"

introduced in 
http://selenic.com/repo/hg/rev/8496b36403c1

break the interactive commands for record, qrecord, ... by changing the
respective keys. Especially confusing is the 'd' key, which is redefined
from 'done, skip remaining changes and files' to 'record remaing changes to
this file'.

As far as I can tell, these strings are never displayed but only used for
the choice definitions, with the help text displayed on pressing '?'
translated seperately.
