Maintainer of notify extension?

Standard extensions are really maintained by the Mercurial as a group.
So you should send any patches or bug reports to this mailinglist.

As a general rule, one should never contact authors of extensions or
open source programs privately -- always use a mailinglist or a bug
tracker. It's not because we don't want to talk with you, it's just that
helping you in private helps you alone, whereas helping you in public
may help someone else too and so save us some time in the future.

I'm just mentioning this since I often see people from industry make
this mistake when they first encounter the open source world.
