Who is using subrepos?

Yeah, that's Steve Borho.

I'm actually using subrepos in the same way for the kick-start guide
where I pull in the right versions of Mercurial and TortoiseHg. They
work fine like that, except that I need to re-clone from the net if I
make a local clone. Since I only update the guide occasionally, I
haven't been too bothered by that.
