[issue3067] largefiles: rename ~/.largefiles?

There was some discussion on the mailing list about renaming the user-cache
that is currently in ~/.largefiles.  I saw two options suggested:
~/.hg-largefiles or ~/.cache/hg-largefiles

Is this desired, and if so, which one?  This should be decided prior to the
2.0 release to avoid backward compatibility issues.
