european sprint for 2.0

Hello,

What about a small european sprint before 2.0?

The two most probable date are 24-25 sept or 1-2 october. 8-9 is a bit near the 2.0 freeze.

Logilab can host the sprint in Paris (including friday if people are available). But fell free to offer other location.
