hbisect: add two new revset descriptions: 'goods' and 'bads'

This patch adds two new revset descriptions:
 - 'goods': the list of topologicaly-good csets:
   - if good csets are topologically before bad csets, yields '::good'
   - else, yields 'good::'
 - and conversely for 'bads'
