[issue3025] Subrepo push/pull is slow - maybe run in parellel?

It'd be nice if the subrepo feature could do inc/out/push/pull in parallel, to 
speed things up a bit.

If you have three or more subrepos, a empty push/pull to a LAN-based SSH 
server takes enough time to be annoying (i.e. more than 5 secs).
