[issue3345] Adjust options of hg strip to other commands

Following up on issue3326 (hg strip --no-back has short option -n like
--dry-run):

hg strip should:
- get -C as a short version of --no-backup matching revert and update.
- allow (but not enforce) -r for specifying revisions (like update)
