hg-2.3 build fails with python-docutils ~0.10 snapshot rev 7490

  It will be fixed, rest assured. When anybody who can fix the issue is hit  
by it, I expect. When docutils 0.10 arrive to Gentoo Portage, I'll try it  
myself and hopefully succeed in fixing (if it's really docutils-related).
