Currently, when browsing a specific revision, it is sometimes desirable to
refer to it instead by branch or tag name when providing links to other people. 

Example: Instead of giving
http://hg.python.org/cpython/file/d693f961c5ff/Objects/typeobject.c as the
link, I'd rather give
http://hg.python.org/cpython/file/default/Objects/typeobject.c

It would be good if hgweb would provide alias links similar to the permalink
feature in blog software, as there are use cases for both the specific revision
(which gives a stable content) and the branch name (which gives the current
version).

As a related feature, there could also be a link to the "newest" version, which
would what you get when you do "hg up" (i.e the head of the branch on which the
changeset is).
