The two extension have been merged into one. A lot of code have been cleaned up
and documented. I'm planning to release a 1.0.0 version soon™.

New "hg touch" and "hg fold" command have been added and "hg stabilize"
official name is now "hg evolve" (again). It now handles latecomer and
conflicting changeset at some extend. They are good candidate for careful
testing.
