FYI, the summary here has a syntax error.

- the '(issueXXXX)' is read by a robot, which uses it to automatically
move bugs to the closed state
- there's a second robot that turns these labels in release notes to the
BTS on the wiki
- robots are notoriously picky, putting a space between issue and XXXX
will break it
- this patch doesn't resolve the issue, so it should not be tagged as
such in any case

I've clarified this a bit in the ContributingChanges checklist.

(There's no space because in our old BTS, all identifiers were of the
form user123, issue234, msg345 and were automatically linked when found
in text.)
