We can actually close the discussion part and I'll be happy to do this
if other's agree? With the mailinglists, IRC, and Stack Overflow, I
think we have enough discussion forums for Mercurial :)

I also think we should make the group open for all to join -- unless
Dirkjan has been doing some kind of background check I don't know about?
