Let's start thinking about a Mercurial 2.2 sprint

Sadly I'm out. I'm based in Toronto but am traveling pretty much each
week for the window. (Technically I'm not booked for the first days of
Passover, but that's a blackout anyway.)

I do have a patch set that I want to submit for hgweb's graph view.
Someone should poke me in a bit to stick it somewhere.
