I think you're the main translators, yes. But you should really know
that yourself :-) There was been a couple of contributions from a couple
of other translators.

If you decide to use Transifex, then please indicate this on the wiki
and (I guess) in a comment at the top of the de.po file. It would also
be helpful if you document your workflow on the wiki. Good luck!
