I usually start at the top of my inbox and work my way down. And I still
want to be able to delete stuff from my inbox without having to do a
cross-correlation or a test-apply. If I have 50 patches in my inbox and
a dozen incoming csets that may or may not overlap, matching them up
pair-wise gets tedious. It's a whole lot easier for me to simply read
all the replies to a patch series before applying it - it's local
information and I'm going to do that anyway.
