Problems running hackable mercurial on Windows 7

Hi,

I am trying to use the hackable mercurial package on a windows 7 (x64)
box. If I open a command line (cmd.exe), cd to the top of the hackable
mercurial package and run the hg.exe that is found in there everything
goes fine. However, if I try to run it from some other folder (for
example from the top of some other repository) I get an error dialog
with the following error message:

"Internal error: Cannot find hg-python26\python.exe"

I went through the HackableMercurial wiki page and I did not see
anything there that could explain this problem. Sorry if I missed
something obvious, but is there some additional configuration that I
must do (perhaps set something on my path or some other environment
variable) to get this to work?

Since mercurial does not have a way to set the repository that it must
execute the command against I am a bit stuck.

The funny thing is that I believe that I got this to work in the past...

Cheers,

Angel
