The generics of translation

Apparently, Swiss German and "German" German are different enough to
separate the translations.

In my opinion, the French .po file is a bad template for the German one
in consideration of the fact that merely 1/8 of the strings are translated.

On the other hand it's remarkable that the French translation has the
policy not to translate Mercurial command names [1]. That explains why
they use "changeset". But in fact they don't use it like a French noun,
but explicitly as a quotation (with quotation marks).

[1] Lorsque le mot traduit fait référence à une commande Mercurial, il
est vivement conseillé de laisser le terme anglais pour que le lecteur
puisse aisément s'y retrouver.
