European September sprint in Paris

Some European devs started discussing an euro-sprint during in Paris during the
2.4 cycle.

The best solution seems 13-16 September during pyconfr [1]. But I offer the
week-end after as an alternative:

- 13-16 September (Thursday-Sunday) during Pycon-fr:

    pro:
        - Good visibility
        - Huge space
        - French enthusiasm will join (several already expressed interest)

- 17-19 September at Logilab

    pro:
        - offer an alternative ?
