[PATCH 0 of 1] side-by-side comparison for hgweb

Hi.
This is the same side-by-side comparison functionality that I sent to this list some time ago, with all (hopefully) ideas and pointers integrated. The noteworthy differences are:
* the number of context lines is configurable (in hgrc and via request parameter), also allows full mode to be turned on
* SequenceMatcher usage is now compatible with python 2.4 (thanks to Michał Sznajder for pointing this out)
* the comparison can now show deleted files (with all lines removed) as diff can (helpful in styles like monoblue or gitweb)
* this patch contains the monoblue template changes, as it has more functionality than paper

This patch concentrates on the relevant code changes, so it does't include test updates and all the template changes - they are ready, though, and I will integrate them when this patch gets accepted, like Patrick Mézard suggested.
