I think being grumpy isn't exactly helpful. And you are coming pretty
dense across at times.

It's quite obvious that I wasn't convinced that the way things are
written down on the wiki are perfect or final. And I don't see the point
in running to the wiki every hour or so and writing things down while we
are still discussing and trying.

And the wiki isn't cast in stone, I'd say. And I don't use the
HackableMercurial completely anyway. I want to use the MS C/C++
compiler. That's the compiler which is used by most of the developers on
Windows. It's used by python itself and it's used by TortoiseHg. So the
masses depend on that, and it thus makes sense to use it in the
testsuite too.

I'm fine with the fact that you guys have an alternate toolchain
working. Just don't be upset if there are others who would like to use
the testsuite in a different way.

And in particular, I would like to test mercurial x64. Something which
is lacking completely on the wiki. At the moment, using the MS C
compiler looks like the path of least resistance to achieve that.
