I'm biased since in Spanish but I think Madrid is great. It is probably not
as expensive as many other European capitals and unless you are unlucky the
weather should be better too. There is also plenty of things to do. Also,
everything stays open late in Spain which means that attendants could go
out and have some fun after a long hacking session :-)
