2.3 sprint preliminary plan: May 11th at Unity

My current leaning is May 11th at Unity in Copenhagen. This seems to be
maximally compatible with everyone currently signed up. If anyone has a
strong preference for the 4th, let me know in the next couple days,
otherwise we'll move forward with this plan.
