Excellent, queued for stable.

I ran all the case-folding tests from the test suite against a
case-insensitive filesystem before pushing the broken patch, along with
a bunch of manual testing. But clearly that wasn't enough. So I spent
yesterday tweaking the test suite a bit so that it will mostly run on
Linux+VFAT. I was going to sit down this morning to fix the bug, but it
was conveniently already in my inbox.
