This new series fold helper function and markerctx into other changeset.

+ The "obsolete" command is removed in favor of a debugaddmarker 

+ obsolete related output is not restricted to debug and have changed (now include
  replacement data too)


- flushing new obsolete marker only using a transaction is still to be done in later
  changeset

- we still need a valid protocol for exchanging marker between repo.
