New Bugzilla keyword: "easy"

I'm going to spend a little time going through the bug database and marking
open bugs/features as "easy".

The idea behind this is to help new developers to find bugs that would be
good introductions to the code base, where you get to learn a little and
have the satisfaction of submitting a patch that solves someone's problem
fairly quickly.

If you feel like marking bugs as "easy" yourself, please join in.
