These patches fix numerous issues with hgk: — Remove unused Committer field. — Fix pop-up windows to not consume the whole screen in tiling WMs — Some simplifications in hg output parsing — Remove some gitk heritage: we're not git but hg! :) — Add some support of phases (+update tests).
