Re-sending patches.

 — Use Ttk when it's available, fall back to the plain Tk when not.
 — Fix appearance due to Tk 8.6b3 switched to the Web colour palette.
 — Remove unused Committer field.
 — Fix pop-up windows to not consume the whole screen in tiling WMs
 — Some simplifications in hg output parsing
 — Remove some gitk heritage: we're not git but hg! :)
 — Add some support of phases (+update tests).
