user agent spec is missing in a latest.dat file.

When downloading The Mercurial client from the donwload button on the 
starting page, it mistakenly gives me the x64 msi installer instead of 
the i586 msi installer. I am running Windows 8 32-bit and visited Your 
page with Chrome (current version).
