One of the main reasons the crew repo existed back in the day was that it
was a pain to set up publishing servers.

bitbucket now serves that function perfectly well, so that purpose for the
crew repo is no longer as clear.

If we had a few people publishing "patches I've reviewed and accepted"
repos on bitbucket, it would work perfectly well provided the rest of folks
knew where to look.
