[PATCH] perf: simply use repo.store for perffncache* commands

Hi Augie,

I'd be grateful if you could push this one to the crew repo, so I don't
have to watch this loophole I created getting released with 2.4 :-)

(the existing code can be exploited to damage repositories in future
formats)
