See bug 3661 -- hg transplant -e forgets the -e flag if you have edit
conflicts.  (That is, the editor doesn't pop up after hg transplant
--continue.)  mpm tells me the same should happen with hg graft.

I haven't actually tried this, but mpm says it's so, and I believe him.  :)
