Port of statdaemon extension to Linux

Hello everyone

Just wanted to quickly announce that I have ported Martin Geisler's
statdaemon extension [1] to Linux. The implementation uses inotify (via
pyinotify) to watch directories in the repository up to the allowed user
watch limit, and prioritizes which directories it should watch using a
priority queue if the limit is hit. You're welcome to try it and give
feedback :-).
