Oh, great then. I just saw no reply to my/Gilles' messages (usual "Thanks,  
queued" stuff), and fix wasn't pushed on Great March Push, though I've  
noticed "filest:eol":

contrib/win32/hg.bat
contrib/win32/mercurial.ini
contrib/zsh_completion

I hope it'll hit the main repo soon.
