GSoC 2013: Advanced Revset Optimization

Hi,

I want to participate in GSoC 2013 under Mercurial. I went through the idea
list and Advanced Revset Optimization looks interesting to me. I have
already started going through the revset.py file. I will also try to submit
some patches for easy issues. Any suggestions for understanding the project
better? Any idea who would be mentoring this project?

I have been using mercurial for some time and am also having good
experience coding in python and have also submitted a couple of patches for
CPython.
I had also participated in GSoC 2012 under Apache Software Foundation
(Openmeetings) and had successfully completed my project.
