[GSoC] Advanced Hgweb support

Hello!

I'm Plavin Alexander, a second year student studying mainly Math and
Computer Science at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology
(Moscow, Russia). Actually, I've been for several days at the IRC
channel, and discovered this mailing list just now. After walking
through the list of ideas, I liked most the one with improving and
extending hgweb features and want to contribute to it.

I myself is a mercurial user also, and some of my friends also started
using it, looking at me. As for programming skills, I have several
hobby projects in different languages, most notably Python (command
line and web), Haskell, C#. I've never participated in (relatively
large) projects, however think that it won't be too hard to join the
mercurial development process and contribute to it.

Also, some days ago I've sent a patch, which is being reviewed now,
and I'm getting familiar to the project codebase.
