[PATCH 0 of 2] isolate ui between repo and mq, modify color extension for this

Patch 2 fixes an error by isolating repo.ui and repo.mq.mqrepo().ui
  (hooks of the repo will not run anymore for the mq repo)
Patch 1 is necessary for Patch 2 (test-mq.t will break else)

Patch 1 on the color extension is a part of a patch sent earlier, reduced to 
the necessary part (Moving 3 lines of code). (Some cleanup will follow after 
the next release.)
Patch 2 was also sent earlier, but without mentioning the issue in the commit 
message. (It is already queued for default.)
