Pending patches and patchwork

If you think you mailed a patch that we should have responded to and
didn't, and it's not listed in patchwork[0], you'll probably want to
resend it (after making sure it applies cleanly to tip). Given that
we're in a freeze for 2.6, only send bugfixes for now, and hold
features until we're out of the freeze for 2.7 in a couple of weeks.
